Trieste is a large very new gated subdivision with in Colony Club. These homes are generally large and some are located on waterways and on the Holiday Gulf Course. They are all built by different builders so they look very different. The neighborhood is surrounded by a black rod iron fence and there is a homeowners association which is mandatory.
